
Once you have logged into your account, you will see a screen similar to the following:

This is your purchaser account start page. Here you can see, at a glance, a summary of RFQs you have received and selected product categories.
To select product categories upon which you wish to receive RFQs, click the "click here to add/modify categories" from your account start page.

As you navigate through the various product categories, you may check the boxes next to product categories that you manufacture or distribute. After checking all of the relevant items in a particular category, click the Select to Bid button. Once you have click this button, your new product categories will be listed and you will be included in receiving RFQs for the product(s). Note: your selections will not be saved unless you click the Select to Bid button.
If you wish to advertise in a particular product category, click the name of the product category. The product page will open and you must click the "Click here to advertise in this category" hyperlink:

Once you do this, you will be presented with a form that you may use to submit your advertisement:

Click the Browse button to locate a relevant ad of the appropriate size on your computer/ network. Once you have located the ad file, click the Upload button. Your ad will now be shown on this product page (represented by the blue box):

Your ad is shown only to purchasers requesting a quote within this product category. A maximum of two (2) advertisers are shown in any given product category (one ad above RFQ form and one below). You may wish to tailor your advertising to the specific product category you are uploading it to, in order to increase customer awareness and company recognition.
Once you have logged into your account, you will see a screen similar to the following:

To request a quote on a new product, click the "click here to browser product categories & submit RFQs" hyperlink on your account start page.

Navigate through the various categories by clicking on the category name. Once you have located a product on which you wish to request a quote, click the product name.

Billing information is automatically populated from your account profile. If you intend to use a different shipping address, you may modify the shipping address information. Next, enter desired product quantity, unit measurement (ea, ft, lbs, case, etc), and details about the product on which you are requesting a quote. Details may include part number, model number, brand name, specifications, and any other details that may be necessary for a seller to provide an accurate quote. Once you have completed these fields, click the Request Quote button. Once you have submitted your RFQ, all sellers of this item will be notified to submit a bid on your RFQ.
To review a bid you have received, click the bid receipt date from your account start page:

Here you will find information about both the original quote you requested and the bid you received.
